Be SURE to save this page (under whatever filename you wish in your current web) and add it to your navigation structure before doing ANYTHING else.  That will ensure that the "look" stays intact.

You also will NOT see any banners, navigation bars/button, etc. until you perform the above proceedure.

There is also a place for a logo (where you see ours).  Simply delete the cell if you do not wish to use one.
