AmphetaDesk AmphetaDesk is a free, cross platform, open-sourced, syndicated news aggregator - it obediently sits on your desktop, downloads the latest news that interests you, and displays them in a quick and easy to use (and customizable!) webpage. With thousands of channels available, AmphetaDesk can shave hours off your day - and you'll look smart to all your friends! Egotism never had it better!
Yodlee Yodlee offers one-stop access to all your personal online accounts, including bank and credit card statements, stock portfolios, job searches, travel arrangements, outstanding orders at e-merchants, news sites, Web-mail, and conventional POP3 e-mail accounts. It's not an add-on but rather a supercustomizable portal that doesn't limit you to the services of any specific Web portal, instead letting you access the services provided by whichever traditional portals you choose. If you use a mobile device, you can select a subset of your accounts to be transmitted to it. You can access about 1,500 different accounts through Yodlee. For many accounts, an auto-register feature lets Yodlee do the job of registering for you. If an account you want to use isn't on Yodlee's list, you can request that it be added or set up a custom account by filling in a simple form.

The main display is a simple tabular list of all the accounts you selected, with summary information such as your current balance or a list of news headlines. You can click on the summary data to access the remote site for more information. The screen loads quickly and in almost any recent browser. Yodlee can be the Web portal that replaces all others—and because Yodlee makes money by selling its technology to other online firms, it doesn't waste your screen space with ads.

My Yodlee provides free fraud insurance which, in the unlikely event that unauthorized online transactions occur with any of your My Yodlee accounts, you're covered up to $100K of the loss for which you'd otherwise be responsible for under Federal Banking Regulations.
